Since 2011, Takashi Ozawa has been driving the expansion of Trainocate group. He has a rich network, spanning from relationships with global IT vendors to connections within various business domains of our company group, and is spearheading the continuous expansion of our business globally. He holds a certified public accountant (CPA) license in Japan and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Tatsuki (Ted) Kikuchi is responsible for the entire Non-Japan Business. He spearheaded the establishment of multiple overseas subsidiaries in countries such as Australia, the Philippines, and Taiwan, as well as led the turnaround of underperforming business units. He also been involved in expanding the group through capital and business partnerships with entities like TLG in the United States and KORNERSTONE in Hong Kong. Currently, he is responsible for facilitating collaboration and system integration among overseas subsidiaries and Japanese business entities, as well as driving the development of new business creation. He is also responsible for overseeing the overall management of the group.

Atsuo Yoshida has extensive business experience not only in corporate management but also in areas such as finance and governance, having been engaged in investment banking and capital market-related operations at securities companies in Japan and abroad, and later as a director and auditor at IT companies such as Internet Research Institute. In addition, since 2011, he has been engaged in a number of operations as director, auditor and outside advisor for Trainocate Group, and is therefore familiar with the Group’s business operations and management control systems.
